The new IP3 online magazine has included a revised version of my earlier text on 'Classic Publishing Moves To India'.
There is now some info on Quark. Their software development moved to India a while ago.
The main point about this is the IP3 decision to publish articles online. this is the Institute of Print, Publishing and Papermaking. There may be a hard copy version later but the move online is a definite event.
Meanwhile the newspapers have still not decided to publish numbers for digital edition circulation. Maybe they won't till the decline of print circulation is completely obvious to everyone.
Starting with IPEX 2002, this blog covers events relevant for UK print, including Seybold and DRUPA. See also website at www.atford.co.uk
